These terms govern your use of Universal Team's website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
Universal Team provides AI automation, SaaS development, custom software and related technology services described on our site. The detailed terms of each project will be set out in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the service, ensure reasonable access to systems and personnel when needed, and make timely decisions to keep the project on schedule.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the custom code and materials produced specifically for their project. Universal Team retains the right to use generalized methodologies, tools and libraries that were not created exclusively for the client.
Universal Team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that is the cause of the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential the proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
